We aim to display products and specifications as accurately as possible. However, colours, finishes, markings, packaging, or specifications may vary due to device settings, supplier changes, or manufacturer updates.
Where keys are cut to order or customised, slight manufacturing tolerances may occur. Customers are responsible for ensuring that key codes, measurements, and information supplied are correct before ordering.
Product descriptions are provided in good faith and may be updated or corrected at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue, restrict, or limit quantities of any product at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
All orders are subject to acceptance by KeyCopy.co.uk.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
Certain products, including cut-to-code or personalised keys, may be non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

Orders are intended for personal or trade use only and must not be resold without our written consent.

All prices include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges, which are added at checkout.
Prices may change at any time without notice. The price payable will always be the price displayed at checkout at the time of placing your order.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs clearance, supply chain issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Please note: customised or cut-to-code keys may be exempt from cancellation rights unless faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods (or proof of return). You are responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
SECTION 7 – SECURITY & RESPONSIBLE USE
As we provide products related to home and property security, you agree not to use our Services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or inappropriate use.
